PlayByPoint Booking

Bailiwick Members have exclusive access to PlayByPoint, an online booking software that has become the industry leader in club racquet sports, and has robust options for swim reservations, event signups, and much more. Users will also be able to view who has signed up for clinics and events, and view a directory of all Bailiwick members. Please see important instructions about the software below.

How to Book Courts, Clinics and Lessons

Courts: From the home screen, you can easily see what courts are playable, then select "Book Now" to choose from an available court number.

Clinics: Choose "Programs". If you are using the mobile app, use the calendar at the top of the Programs page to view available clinics for a specific date. You can also use the grey buttons at the top of the page to filter by program type. Once you have booked programs and/or courts, you will find these reservations under your "Bookings" section.

Lessons: From the home screen, scroll down until you see the "Professionals" section. Select "View All". This will display a list of all available teaching professionals at the club. You can click on an individual instructor to view their bio and learn more about them. Once you have decided on an instructor, choose their profile and select the "Request Lesson" button to submit a request. Your desired pro will follow up with you to confirm availability.

How to Add Payment Details (From Your Browser and App)

It is important that you update your ACH payment information so you can begin booking clinics and courts and request lessons with no delay.

Desktop Step 1: Once logged in, select your profile icon or name in the top-right corner and choose profile.

Desktop Step 2: On the left-hand side of your Profile, find the Payments dropdown. Scroll to the Add Bank Account option.

Desktop Step 3: Click the Add Bank Account button. You will then be guided through the steps to search for your bank name and securely add your payment details.

App Step 1: Launch the PlayByPoint app on your mobile device. Once logged in, tap the profile icon in the bottom navigation menu. Then, select the Settings icon in the top right of your profile screen.

App Step 2: From the Settings menu, select Payments. Then, choose Bank Accounts.

App Step 3: Select the plus sign in the top right corner to add a new bank account. Then, you will be prompted to enter your routing number, account number and account type (checking or savings).

Once entered, you will be prompted to agree to the authorization terms. Depending on your bank, you may be asked to verify your account through micro-deposits or instant verification.

Once verified, your bank account will appear as a saved payment method under your Payment Methods list.

How to Book Special Events (From Your Browser and App)

Desktop Step 1: From your browser, select "Programs" on the home screen.

Desktop Step 2: Select the "Special Event" category at the top to filter by all upcoming events at Bailiwick. Choose your event and follow the onscreen instructions to register.

App Instructions: From your app's home screen, scroll down until you reach the "Programs" section. Once there, select the "Grid View" option.

From the Programs Grid View, scroll across the categories at the top of your screen until you reach "Special Events." Select it to filter by all upcoming events, then choose your event of interest and follow the onscreen instructions to register.

How to View Your Club Account Balance

Step 1: Launch the PlayByPoint app on your mobile device. Once logged in, tap the profile icon in the bottom navigation menu. Then, select the Settings icon in the top right of your profile screen.

Step 2: From the Settings menu, select Payments. Then, choose Club Account.

Step 3: View your current balance on the Club Account screen. Here, you will be able to view-

Balance Limit: the maximum allowed balance
Total Balance: your current outstanding amount
Available balance: funds available for use
Statement: review previous statements
Overdue balance: any overdue charges (highlighted red if applicable)

You can also tap Pay Pending to settle any outstanding amounts.

How to Access Your Troon Advantage Benefits in PlayByPoint

App Steps: Open your PlayByPoint app and find the "Programs" section of your home screen. Select "List View" and scroll across until you find the "Member Benefits" category.

Within the "Member Benefits" category, you will see "Troon Advantage Benefits." Select "View."

Once you open the program, scroll down until you can see the Advantage booking link. This link will take you to a searchable database of eligible Troon Advantage properties around the world. (NOTE: this is a member-only link. Please do NOT share this link with non-members of our club.)

Once you find a property of interest, select it to view eligible tee times and secure your reservation.

Desktop Steps: Visit our club's PlayByPoint website here. If you have not already done so, you will be prompted to log in. Then select "Programs."

From the program categories at the top, select "Member Benefits." Then choose the "Troon Advantage Benefits" program that appears.
